Employee Choice Volunteer Hours (Questions about this, please reach out to HR or Rachel)

• If you want to volunteer during work hours, share with your co-workers to see if others want to volunteer too.
• Bring this to your supervisor’s attention and they will assess workload and supply you with a form to fill out.
• When approved, you take the form with you when you volunteer and have it signed by the volunteer representative for your manager.
• your manager will then take your signed form to HR so you get paid for your time.
